Marine collagen from cod bone
Made from the bones of wild North Atlantic cod, not from fish skin. A daily scoop of peptides or one capsule of native Type II, both with vitamin C.
Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage and of bones.
How it is made
Cod bones and frames from the Nordic fishing industry, material that would otherwise be discarded or sold cheap.
The bone matrix is gently dissolved and enzymes cut the collagen into small peptides, then filtration isolates the target size.
One scoop, 10 g a day, in water, coffee or a smoothie. Designed to dissolve in cold water.

Why bone
Nearly all marine collagen on the market is made from fish skin, which is mostly Type I. We start from the skeleton, which also carries Type II, the collagen type found in cartilage.
Source: Aspevik et al., Journal of Aquatic Food Product Technology 33(8), 2024, a comparison of collagen in skin, bones and guts of salmon and cod.
We cite it for the composition of the raw material, not as a claim about this product.
What is in it
Collagen peptides from cod bone, and vitamin C. Every amount is printed on the tub.

Percentages are of the nutrient reference value (NRV) per serving.

Wild-caught, Nordic
Cod is a wild-caught fish and its bones are what is left when the fillets are cut. We turn that sidestream into a collagen ingredient instead of waste.
